Is the slight pressure I'm feeling related to appendicitis or kidney problems? - kidney problems more condition_symptoms

I have a slight pressure on the lower right abdomen. It is an unbearable, throbbing pain, just uncomfortable. It comes and goes and sometimes feels as if it emits or move my right lower back. Is this a symptom of the kidney or an appendix?
