Ive just brought a new energizer rechargeable quattro 1300 charger and the LED wont go off ? - energizer quattro 1300 charger manual

Charging time for the type of battery I have is from 4.8 to 6 hours. But I now had the task of about 11 hours. LED lights and havent gone. I wonder if anyone else has this problem? or is it just because its first shipment? Thank you.
