Stuffed Search bonsai

Pain on left lower side? - pulling on left side of waist

You have pain in the side in the left lower back, as one who has put his hands on his face, or perhaps, if the belt of his trousers fall. Who knows what the body or whether it just a pulled muscle? Please help.
